What we collect
Account details (name, email, country, phone), identity documents submitted for verification, order and payment records, payout destination details, and standard technical logs such as IP address and user agent.
Why we collect it
To issue and administer funded accounts, to verify identity as required for payouts, to process payments and withdrawals, and to detect prohibited trading conduct.
Legal basis
Performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal and anti-fraud obligations, and our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Sharing
We share data only with processors required to run the service — hosting, database, payment and payout providers — and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account and transaction records are retained while your account is open and for the period required by applicable financial and tax rules afterwards. Verification documents are retained only as long as necessary to satisfy those obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. Requests can be made through your portal support channel.
Security
Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. Session tokens are stored as one-way hashes, so a database disclosure cannot be replayed as a login. Access to production data is restricted and audited.
